3 stands for the MODE OF TRANSMISSION
 * Unprotected Sex
 * Blood Transfusion
 * Mother to Child (Breastfeeding)

4 stands for the CAUSES
 * Blood
 *Vaginal Fluid
 * Seminal Fluid
 * Breast milk

5 stands for the PREVENTIVE MEASURES
 A-bstinence
 B-e faithful and be mutually faithful to your partner. (For those having partners)
 C-orrect and consistent use of condoms (For those who are engaging to sex)
 D-o not use drugs
 E-ducate
