Way back 2011, I started my blog as glorkade.blogspot.com. Before, my purpose of making this blog is to show the virtual world my friendships. :) GLORKADE stands as Gleenar, Lavenia, O'marie, Renalyn, Khimbyrlee (that's me), Anna Rose, Dahlia and Emily. They were my high school classmates turned barkada.
It was supposed to be a blog all about our frienship. But when we went college, things fall apart (easily). We got into different colleges. We began to have our own circle of friends and we seldom met (except for Me, Dahlia and Emily). We were the closest.
Things changed. And this blog served no purpose for our "friendship". So, I changed this blog into my own virtual diary. And I named it as theworldofupsdowns.blogspot.com. It just popped in my mind to name it that way. Because life really is full of ups and down.
I guess it bore the name for almost 2 years (I think). And I was dissatisfied of the name. (Yep, my taste changes from time to time and I am easily fed up of things). And for the love of the word "world" (also to represent that it is my mine, my world), I changed it into somewhereinthiscosmo.blogspot.com. My younger sister helped me create that name.
Somewhereinthiscosmo blog name served me for a year and something. Along with it, I changed the whole outlook of the blog. From the dark look to a minimalist look. Then, I was fed up with things (AGAIN). And the idea of having my own domain name popped in my mind. I began to think of another name with my name on it. I was also planning to change from Blogger platform to Wordpress because of these reasons. (Your thought, please?)
I got a lot of ideas on my mind with my name on. There's khimediclife (comedic life it should be). But my life is not a comedy. So, I crossed it out on my list. Then, there's khimtherealcosmo (ethereal cosmo). I kinda liked it because it sounded magical. But, no. Kinda girly and I think it will weary out on me quickly. So many on my list. But, I voted to myself on a name that I think suits me best.
And viola!
KHIMSICALJOURNEY.BLOGSPOT.COM is the name I chose. (It will be khimsicaljourney.com if I will have my own domain.)
khimsical for whimsical. Not musical. Not classical. Whimsical. I changed 'w' to 'k' to make it whimsical. :D It describe my personality as a whole. I am oddly weird in an amusing way. :D Then, I partnered it with journey. A journey of my whims in life...... And I love being random. :D :D :D
I think I'm gonna keep this name for life (maybe). :)

While I was writing something to post, the title that I had was "ALDUB INVASION <3 <3 <3". I already reviewed the post, made some beautification and even put a picture. I did that for about an hour. Then, clicking PUBLISH, I got the error message (as shown in the screen shot). And I was "WHAT THE!"

I lost my mood that time. So what I did was copy my finished post and save it on my laptop. Then I closed my browser and leave my laptop untouched for an hour. After I calm myself, I went back to my laptop and do some research. Intensive research it is. And viola! The answer is already in the internet.
What you only need to do to put the "<3" in the title is to type <3. That will do the trick. Try it now. :) Hope that helps.

This week was a really stressful week. (I think all my weeks are really stressful.)
But this week was different.
Why?
Last Thursday, we conducted a mock defend for our thesis. Because September is fast approaching which is the month for thesis defend, our instructor wanted us to do a mock defend. I thought it was just east because we will just give an update of our system. Unfortunately, things didn't go smooth as I expected. Actually, my group didn't really prepare or practiced for that. Also, we weren't able to give the expected functions of the system. One, we forgot to put constraints every time we will create new data. Yeah, we did forgot about that. We focused more on the developer side, not on the user side. Our instructor also thought that what we did was really easy for our level and he expected more from it. Our system is a TOR generator. It's easy if we will just make a desktop system. But because we were one of the chosen group to make a system for the school, we need to make it online. Also, we need to use MVC 4 to make it. We weren't familiar on how to use and program using MVC. So, we need to study again. That's the big problem. Our whole time in making the system was allotted in studying the platform. We also need to use jquery. I need help. >.<
I really don't know what to do. Aside from thesis making, I also need to finish the activities in every subject. Take note, I have 5 subjects, 4 are major subjects (with lecture and laboratory) and one is a minor subject, which is calculus. I really need a break. Perhaps watching the Conjuring might help? HAHAH :D
Anyways, though I am busy at school, I will make sure I can update this blog once or twice a week. In blogging, I can relax myself. GO BC BLOGGERS! :D HAHAHA
