After a long stressful week, I can say to myself "I'm free."
Last week was really HELL WEEK. A lot of projects needed to be passed. Some scrips must be memorized. A presentation needed to be rehearsed. A video tutorial needed to be edited. And lessons needed to be studied. I even had a day wherein I slept for just 2 hours (4am - 7am) because of the video in my last post. I go home late because of some rehearsals for our drama presentation and Japanese presentation. I was REALLY exhausted and tired. I felt like I was floating in the air for the past days. My head was throbbing with pain. I'm so thankful all of it were done. :) I'm happy to say that I'm a graduating student now! WOOOOAHHHH! I can't believe it. One year more and I'm done being a student. HELLLLO? Am I ready? Not at all. Even though they said that the hardest and the most stressful time in your college days is 3rd year, I still find being 4th year that most crucial time. We still have thesis to do. If I can't pass the defend and skill test, that means I need to retake the subject again. I need to get ready. Oh well, I still have all the summer to relax, to get wet and to be wild.
HELLO SUMMER! I'm ready for you.
P.S I'm no home buddy this summer coz I got a job. Hope I can still rest and relax. :)
This is the 3 year that my grandparents didn't celebrate new year with us. This year, my sister's close friends is with us. Every year, we made post its on our wall with the writing, "MAS YAYAMAN KAMI SA 2013, "BABAIT KAMI SA 2013", "MAS TATALINO KAMI SA 2013", "GOOD HEALTH FOR 2013". We also served food that will surely fill up our stomach. We prepared the usual 12 round fruits for luck. Even though we are tall, we jumped and jumped when the clock struck 12. We enjoyed every single minute in welcoming the new year.
Well, we don't have fire crackers. We don't have a lot of food in the table. What we do have are the priceless smiles, the strong bond and the unrequited love we have for each other. :) Hope this year will be as awesome as ever. New journey to encounter, new story to make, new bond to form.

We usually have french fries and some chips on the table while watching movie. For this night, my older sister, Jerilee, picked the movie. She wanted to watch it because her ESL students told her that it is a nice and funny one. The movie is entitled "Waterboys". It is a Japan comedy movie about group of high school students who wanted to be a synchronize swimmer. The movie is full of funny moments that will really make you roll on the floor laughing. If you want to laugh out loud, this is the movie just for you.

I can feel the spirit of Christmas
with all the decorations everywhere,
the carols I can hear in the neighborhood,
the people buying gifts on the streets,
the gifts wrapped underneath the Christmas tree,
the happy faces of the people around me and
the celebration of the birth of the savior.

Our literature teacher asked us to make our own epic. I really don't know what to do, where to start, what would be my epic about. So, I asked for the inspiration of movies like Tangled, Barbie and the Magic Pegasus, How to Tame Your Dragon, Shake Rattle and Roll X and Barbie and the Island Princess for the names.

In the Island Apollonia, there lived a joyous and hard-working people. Every day was a day of celebration. They lived peacefully and harmoniously with each other. Until one time, someone came to their barrio and killed the animals. Every day, two or more animals died. The people of Apollonia cried and cried because of the loss that they have. Their every day feast became a day of tears and mourning. The tribe across the nearby river heard the sorrowful news of the barrio Apollonia. A man named Adonis came to the barrio to help them with their problem. Adonis has an amazing body, has a crooked smile and has a tantalizing. He’s passionate, loving, helpful and most of all charming. He possessed a special strength that he can carry anything thing in any size and weight. He lived for a decade there but there situation’s still the same. He tried to catch that someone who made the life of the people grievous.
Adonis met the woman name Nieves. She was the woman all the man wanted to have. But, Nieves only liked Adonis. He expressed his feelings to Nieves but she told him that it would be better if they will continue to be friends only until they can find the person who brought sorrow to their life.
Until one sunny morning, Nieves suddenly disappeared. No people ever seen heard around nor knew anything about where she was. Adonis became very worried. His Nieves was gone. He left the tribe without any word. He brought with him his dog and his magical stick. Together with his pet, they travelled every forest to search for his beloved Nieves.
On the third day of his travel, he heard from some magical creatures that Nieves was held captured by Night Fury, a toothless dragon that can travel to the speed of light. Adonis found the cavern of the hideous dragon. He fought the dragon with all the courage that he has. But, he can’t defeat it easily. He was unable to see the dragon because it flew so fast so he asked for the help of his dog that turned out to be a winged named Brietta. Like the Night Fury, Brietta can travel to the speed of light but faster that it. Brietta can breathe fire and can melt anything with its eyes. The magical stick of Adonis turned into a magical staff. He rode Brietta and together they fought the Night Fury. Day and night the fight continued. Suddenly Rayla, the Cloud Queen, appeared in between their fight. She told them to stop but they didn’t heard what she said. So, the Rayla casted a shield in between of them and they stopped. Adonis asked the Cloud Queen what is her purpose of interfering their fight. Rayla told them that they must not fight because the Night Fury was his brother who was cursed by a witch when they were still young. He took Nieves because he felt in love with her and he wanted her to be his. Adonis told him and Nieves fell in love with each other. Because of the anger of the Night Fury, he let out a fire that hit Adonis in his heart. He fell down and lost consciousness. Nieves saw what happened and ran towards Adonis. She has a magical hair that can heal and brought back anything to life. But before she can bring back Adonis to life, she has to sing the song that will bring life to her magical hair. After signing the healing incantation, Adonis woke up and hugged Nieves. Adonis thanked the Night Fury for understanding their situation and he told him that he was glad to meet his long lost brother. It was his brother who ate the animals in the barrio because he was hungry and he didn’t want to eat flesh of the people. Adonis forgave his brother and told him that he will bring him food to eat. Rayla returned to her kingdom and showered rainbows around.
Adonis and Nieves returned home with smiled on their faces. The feast followed after their wedding. The liveliness and happiness of Island Apollonia came back.
This is the second week of SEMBREAK and I'm loving it. Though I can't get allowances, still I can have much fun.
Right now, I'm enjoying the things I have now. I don't mind if I will be SO tired and can get too much of those EYEBAGS. I had fun playing games all night, watching movies with my family, visiting our closest family friend kilometers away from home and other stuff. I'm enjoying THESE given days of fun before school starts. Next semester will be more pressure sem. Why? Because I still have to study another language (I.T related term for programming) to be used in out system and my OJT. :D
But this time, I'm gonna forgot those school stuffs and enjoy more of my remaining SEMESTRAL BREAK. No need to worry about stress, I have more of that when I'll be dead. :)
